Gosh, that does sound good [I'm a little bit of a freak when it comes to onions XD]! I haven't had kraft mac n cheese in forever XD. My older brother is on this health foods kick and we haven't been allowed to buy packaged foods recently. We even suffered through a batch of whole wheat cookies at his request [not the best idea, jah--they were peanut butter cookies, too ;^;]. Speaking of hot dogs: we had some beanie weenies the other day XD--like with navy beans and homemade barbeque sauce and all that. So nostalgic.

I'm feeling better-ish, but this cold doesn't wanna let go. O__o I think it might be allergies a bit, too. We're trying to cut down on electricity, so no AC lately, which means lots of open windows.

Oh, speaking of casseroles, my older sister made this really good one the other day... she calls it "kid casserole." It's Kraft mac n' cheese layered with sliced up hotdogs, and topped with french fried onions. It was insanely good. @_@

Whoa, this was a long time ago--it's May now XD. HAPPY MAY, JAYNA! I've been a little busy for dA lately D;. Butbut, we are that much closer to summer 8D. I'm so sorry to hear you are/were sick! Hope you're feeling better now, nyuuu? ;^; Your dinners sound absolutely wonderful; I am officially jealous of lamb [garlicYUM]+stew with delicioussauce :D. Leftovers aren't much of a problem around here...at least when everyone's at home [there's six of us in the family, four of which are forever starving boys!]. Jumbo casseroles are our best friends <3.

Yeah, it does have that too fast/too slow feeling. Sometimes it seems like life itself is that way.
Being sick always feels especially slow, though. ;_; I gots a cooooold.

For Passover, my sister made a big ol' pot of matzo ball soup (best comfort food evarz), and I made four lamb shanks with vegetables and garlic n' rosemary, and made a sauce with drippings, butter and red wine. It lasted another night, and then we /still/ had leftovers, so tonight I turned it into a stew. Not that I could really taste it, though. XD;

Ditto! These last couple weeks are always painful [especially since my mother is adamant that we spring clean this instant XD]. But the end is near! I'm sort of at that point where time is going both too fast and painfully slow; school is awesome, either way :'D. I feel like I'm learning lots...and having a blast while doing it certainly adds double points. Ooh, Passover. Very cool--mind if I ask what you're having? C:

Totally ready (especially since I'm not doing summer semester this year XD). This is that final stretch that seems to take forever.
